All our items are handmade by skilled artisans. Due to the nature of handcrafted work, slight variations in color, size, and texture may occur — these are not defects, but unique characteristics that make each piece one-of-a-kind.
We do our best to display product colors and details accurately, but differences in screen settings may cause slight variations.
3. The Nature of Handmade
Most pieces at Whytam Home are made by hand, often using natural, reclaimed, or locally sourced materials such as wood, grass, fibers, and natural dyes. Because of these authentic materials and artisanal production methods, each product may vary slightly in dimension, shape, color, or texture.
We believe these natural variations enhance the authenticity, character, and beauty of each item, making it a true reflection of African craftsmanship and heritage.

4. Orders and Payments
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
Payment must be made at the time of order via the secure payment methods available on our site. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraud, error, or unauthorized activity is suspected.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing and packaging. Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days after shipment within the United States.
You will receive a confirmation email and tracking number once your order has shipped. Whytam Home is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at concierge@whytam.com with your order number and reason for return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
Because each item is handmade, custom or personalized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.
